Reintroduces Chin-Chum Chin Rest Pad
Violinists no
longer have to “take it on the chin,” thanks to the reintroduction
of the Chin-Chum by Meisel Stringed Instruments. The Chin-Chum, a cushioned, ultra-suede padded chin rest cover,
also protects the neck from the chin rest’s metal clamp.
“Many players suffer
from allergic reactions to the metal used on chin rest clamp,” says
Neil Lilien, Meisel’s President. “The Chin-Chum is an inexpensive way to eliminate this problem
and provide comfort at the same time.”
Available in three
sizes: Super, Standard, and
Suzuki (small), the Chin-Chum is easy to install and retail for only
$12.50.
